Alright, now that I'm an admin, a few changes will be made:
-The ranking system will be slightly harder.
-Will look for a new moderator.
-New advertising (image and video).

NOTE : I am leaving SIFTER in charge, and TOLB in charge of ranking. DO not by any means screw around with these two boyz they'll ban you 
Sifter and Tolb have any and every right to :
- Make changes to the forum
- Change Ranking systems
- BAN Users
- Delete groups/create groups
I will be the only person who overrides them.
